General Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item is faulty, damaged, or a tour cannot be delivered as agreed.
Paid Tours (Private Sydney & Blue Mountains Tours)
Bookings for private or Blue Mountains tours are confirmed once payment is received. As these are reserved experiences with dedicated guides and limited availability, payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or change of mind.

If you need to reschedule, please Contact Us at least 7 days prior to your tour date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled tour, or no-shows on the day of the tour, are strictly non-refundable.

If a tour is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, safety concerns, or guide unavailability), you will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
Digital Products (PDF Guides & eBooks)
Once purchased, digital products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. If you experience any issues accessing your files, please Contact Us for assistance.
Wearables (Beanies, T-Shirts & Hoodies)
All wearable items are made to order and produced specifically for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference.
